We use only ACMA compliant A-Ticked high quality equipment, including state of the art IP telephones offering as much or as little functionality as you require, including receptionist multi-line advanced phones and wireless handheld IP phones, all with headset adaptor capability.

Fully-featured IP-PBX

Our PBX systems are feature rich, and include:

  • * Auto-Attendant (press 1. for sales, 2. for accounts…..)

  • Unlimited user extensions – including virtual extensions (off-site remote).

  • Voicemail – as well as voicemail to email, and remote access to voicemail.

  • Hot desk – moving desks? Simply take your phone, plug it in, and you have the same extension, no reconfiguring required.

  • Ring groups – have incoming calls ring through multiple extensions, or ring each extension in sequence (other options available).
