Asterisk – Elastix
Asterisk is an open source telephone system offering flexibility, functionality and features not even available in advanced, high end (high cost) proprietary business PBX systems. It is a complete IP PBX system for small and medium sized businesses.
With unlimited extensions, voicemail, music on hold, call parking and queuing, electronic faxing to email, and many many other features, this system brings big business PBX features to small and medium sized business.
At Datatech Solutions we support the Elastix interface to Asterisk. It has a very user friendly web interface, has many additional features on top of the feature rich asterisk functionality, like a free customer relationship management system, and doesn’t restrict the end user from certain features that we feel should not be restricted from use in the standard installation.
