Adhoc On-Site Support – Datatech Solutions offer onsite adhoc call in support, only when you need it, to assist in network errors, hardware replacement, installation of software, and on-going pre-emptive maintenance plans that reduce the chance of system downtime.

We have various support contracts available, depending on the size and requirements of your business.
A support contract is a cost effective way to guarantee quick and reliable IT support without the need for employing your own IT staff.
We also provide adhoc call out rates for clients not wishing to engage in a support contract.
