Partners & Technology

We Pick the Tech. You Get the Outcome.

We're not tied to a single vendor, and we don't get paid more for pushing one brand over another. Here's the stack we've standardised on after 20 years of Perth deployments — and why.

Why we standardise, rather than sell whatever's in stock

Every product on this page earns its place because our engineers have deployed it, supported it at 2am, and would put it in front of our own business. We deliberately standardise on a small set of platforms rather than juggling a different brand for every client — it means faster support, fewer surprises, and engineers who are genuinely expert in the tools they're using, instead of half-familiar with a dozen.

That said, standardising isn't the same as being locked in. Where a client's size, budget or existing investment calls for something else — Cisco Meraki or Fortinet instead of UniFi, for instance — we'll design around that instead. The list below is our default, not our only option.

The stack behind our managed services

Grouped by what each layer actually does for your business, not by logo.

Networking, Wi-Fi & Access Control

UniFi by Ubiquiti is our default for switching, Wi-Fi, and door/site access — one centralised dashboard instead of five disconnected logins, without the enterprise licensing overhead. Our engineers are UniFi Certified.

For larger or more complex sites we also design with Cisco Meraki and Fortinet, depending on what the environment actually calls for.

Security & CCTV

UniFi Protect gives us AI-powered detection (people, vehicles, animals), local recording with no ongoing licence fees, and the same centralised management as our networking stack — one system, not a bolt-on.

Same standard as above: it's our default because it works, and we'll scope something else if a site genuinely needs it.

Cloud & Productivity

We're Microsoft partners with certified engineers, managing the full Microsoft 365 and Azure stack — Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams and licensing — end to end, not just email.

For most Perth SMBs this is the platform their whole business already runs on; our job is making sure it's configured securely instead of left on defaults.

Business Communications

3CX Cloud PBX handles calling, queues and reporting; Yealink supplies the desk phones, meeting bars and video hardware — all Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms certified.

Together they replace the old inflexible PABX model with one platform that follows your staff from desk to home office to mobile.

Backup & Business Continuity

Our incident response and recovery plans are built around a Datto-based backup and continuity design — because a security or hardware incident is only as bad as your ability to recover from it.
